Refund policy

We want you to love our pieces!

Bespoke and Custom orders: Because these are tailored specifically to your colour and design specifications, custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.

Standard and Stock items: Items may be returned within 7 days in original packaging for a refund or exchange (less shipping fees) 

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged during transport, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a brief photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will send out a replacement or issue a refund right away.
